Today, January 1, 2025, marks the beginning of an exciting new phase in my life. After more than 27 enriching years in the corporate world, I am thrilled to step into Career 2.0—a journey dedicated to academia, impact, and multidimensional growth.
The culmination of months of planning and effort, "the hawkeye project" is now live. This initiative represents my vision to merge my experience as a business leader with my passion for research, learning, and mentorship.
My focus areas in "the hawkeye project" are:
🔬 Academics and Research
I will delve deep into exploring consumer behavior and technology, engaging in research that contributes to a better understanding of our rapidly evolving world. I look forward to collaborating with global academicians and sharing practical insights through thoughtfully crafted courses for business school students & executives and research papers that can help broaden and deepen our understanding. These courses will aim to broaden perspectives, enhance leadership skills, and foster a growth mindset.
💪 Investing in Health
Health and wellness are integral to sustaining long-term impact. I plan to focus on improving my physical and mental well-being, emphasizing fitness, mindfulness, and a balanced lifestyle. Additionally, I intend to pursue some exciting milestones in my endurance sports journey—from long distance running and cycling to competing in triathlons.
📚 Pursuing Multidisciplinary Learning
Learning never stops. I aim to deepen my knowledge across diverse domains, connecting ideas and perspectives to enrich my contributions in academia, business, and beyond.
💡 Supporting Growth Stories
I will actively invest in startups and scaling companies, helping them navigate challenges and create value. Additionally, I intend to serve on the board as an independent director, focusing on organizations striving to grow from 100 to 1,000 and beyond.

After years of professional commitments, I am looking forward to dedicating more time to my family—the foundation of my journey. I also hope to give back to the people and communities that have supported me along the way.
